Tauqeer Mustafa Inc. routinely enters into mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with prospective and existing clients before discussing sensitive project details, architecture, or business information. This page summarizes the standard terms; a signed copy is issued on request via our legal team.

011. Purpose

The NDA protects confidential information shared by either party in the course of evaluating, scoping, or delivering a project, including technical specifications, business plans, and proprietary processes.

022. Mutual Obligation

Our standard NDA is mutual: both parties agree to protect confidential information they receive, not only information we disclose to a prospective client.

033. Term

Confidentiality obligations typically remain in effect for three years from the date of disclosure, unless a different term is negotiated for a specific engagement.

044. Exclusions

Information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, was already known prior to disclosure, or is independently developed, is excluded from confidentiality obligations.

055. Requesting a Signed Copy

To request a countersigned NDA ahead of a discovery call, contact our legal team using the email address listed on our Contact page. We typically turn around signed NDAs within one business day.
