011. Definition of Misconduct
Misconduct includes, but is not limited to: breach of contract, unauthorized access to systems, misuse of provided software, sharing of confidential access credentials, and engaging in unlawful activities using our services.
Any attempt to reverse-engineer, damage, or exploit vulnerabilities in our infrastructure is classified as severe misconduct.
022. Enforcement & Consequences
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to our portals, APIs, and services without prior notice if misconduct is detected.
For employees and contractors, misconduct may lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination and legal pursuit.
For clients, severe violations may result in the immediate cancellation of active contracts and forfeiture of retainer fees as outlined in the Master Services Agreement.
